Wishlist Wednesday: Graffiti Nails

Yes, I know it is Thursday. But Wishlist Thursday doesn’t sound nearly as good, does it? And I would have posted yesterday, but other things got in the way…

I have just heard about a really cool looking new polish company! It’s called Grafitti Nails. It’s a UK-based online vendor for now, only just launched. They have some really lovely looking colours and One Nail To Rule Them All has been raving about them lately. I will point out here that all the photos in this post have been nabbed from her website, all credit for these goes to her and you should definitely check out ALL of her posts. She is amazing.

Wishlist Wednesday: Essie Encrusted Treasure Collection

Whilst searching Nail Polish Direct for W7 polishes on December 1st, I discovered the Essie Encrusted Treasure Collection. Oh the sparkle! Oh the pretty! I looked at them and decided that at £7.99 each, they were lovely but out of my reach. I bought my W7 polishes and thought about them no more.

Then Cutepolish posted her EPIC Christmas giveaway which includes this entire set, and now I seem to come across them everywhere. Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is this collection!

Wishlist Wednesday: Despicable Me 2 Polishes!

I LOVE Despicable Me. When I get really stressed out, my partner sits me down in front of the TV and puts it on and I have a smile on my face within minutes. When I get a text message, my phone says “Bello!” like this. The connection between Despicable Me and nail art is obvious – I expect most of you have done minion nails at some point!

This week, Despicable Me 2 came out on DVD and Bluray. I was worried the sequel couldn’t be as good as the original, but the second instalment was just as awesome as the first. So in honour of the momentous occasion of getting to see it again (and again and again and again), I went looking for Despicable Me (themed) polishes. I could find only three, all of them Indies. They are Good Minion and Evil Minion by Polished Colors and It’s So Fluffy, I’m Gonna Die! by Dollish Polish.

Wishlist Wednesday: Barry M Classic Matte Collection

The observant among you will have noticed that at the time this post goes to press I am still 4 days short of finishing the 31 Day Challenge 2013. I am still working my way through those but I’m starting to branch out my interests a bit. This post is the first in my Wishlist Wednesday series – a post where I can share what pretties I’m currently lusting after!

Barry M was one of the first make up brands I ever really loved – several years ago when it wasn’t cool to be emo, they were the only brand I could get black and purple lipstick and brightly coloured eyeshadows from. Now I’m pining for a different set of their products – the new Classic Matte Nail Paint range.

There are five nail paints in the Classic Matte collection: Caramel, Vanilla, Mocha, Crush and Espresso. nuthin but a nail thing swatched all five on her blog when they came out last week and I want them all!
