Rainbow Day: Born Pretty Store Stickers
As I sit in my office, the rain is hammering down on the roof. It has been glorious sunshine for a few weeks and of course Glastonbury starts today, so we’re due rain. What better a day to break out these gorgeous cheerful stickers from Born Pretty Store and bring the sunshine back!

My New Favourite Thing: Graffiti Polish
I’m really not joking – I own several graffiti polishes now. I see one and I can’t help myself – I’ve have to have its… graffiti-ie goodness. When Maybelline brought out their Street Art collection I few months ago I bought all four. When I’m not sure what to wear on my nails, I reach for graffiti polish. It is the super-stylin’ way to liven up ANY design.
Yes, I did just say super-stylin’. I’m hip.
The Neverending Pile Challenge: Use As Many Untrieds in One Mani As You Can
I’ve been looking forward to this challenge. For real, I’ve been thinking about what to do with this for weeks. How often do you pull out lots and lots of different polishes and just throw them all together in one random design? I almost can’t believe I’ve never done it before. This is one heck of a Kitchen Sink design!
Nail-Art-A-Go-Go Challenge Day 16: Doodles
How is it that what should perhaps be the easiest prompt of this whole challenge has somehow turned into one of the most difficult? I thought this would be simple – just pick a base colour and doodle something fun. I took my inspiration from a pair of High School Musical 2 curtains I have sitting around in my sewing pile. At first I tried to use a denim effect polish as the base and doodled with my new Rio art pens but the colour from the denim polish bled and everything when blue and that was that. So I picked a different base: Caramel by Barry M. But it still wasn’t easy. These nail art pens, despite being “professional” and getting really good reviews, do not seem to agree with me at all.

This prompt had me stumped for ages. Someone in the Polish Passionistas group posted this image of what Warm vs. Cool means – essentially warm colours are pink/red through to yellow, and cold colours are yellow/green through to violet. This did not help me much. If I ever have to do this prompt again I will be totally stuck because this was all I could think of!
